Discovery Call
We spend half an hour learning everything about your business, your customers, and what you've already tried. No pitch decks, no pressure — just an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit.
You come prepared with one clear goal (e.g. "we need online bookings" or "our current site doesn't convert"). We ask the hard questions about your budget, timeline, and internal bandwidth. By the end you'll know exactly what working together looks like and whether it makes sense. If it doesn't, we'll tell you.
Design & Plan
Before a single line of code is written, you see exactly what you're getting. We deliver a high-fidelity mockup and a written scope document — what we'll build, how long, what it costs, and what you're responsible for.
The mockup covers every key screen at full fidelity so there are no surprises mid-build. The scope locks in milestones, payment schedule, and revision limits. You review it, request changes, and sign off. We don't start building until you're genuinely excited about what you've approved.
Build
Development runs in weekly cycles. Every Friday you get a live preview link with that week's progress and a short Loom walkthrough. You give feedback that gets absorbed before the next cycle starts.
We work in focused sprints rather than long dark-room builds. If something needs to change — copy, layout, a feature scope — we catch it at week one, not the day before launch. You're never left wondering what's happening. The feedback loop is tight on purpose: it's how we avoid expensive late revisions.
Launch & Support
We handle deployment, DNS, environment setup, and any third-party integrations. Then we walk you through how to run the site yourself — no dependency on us to make basic updates.
For 30 days after launch, any bug or breakage is on us — no charge. We also provide a short recorded training so you or your team can manage content without touching code. After 30 days, ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer. Most clients find they don't need it.
